The vineyard
The grapes originate from a 9.43-hectare plot situated at an altitude of 850 meters, arranged in terraces on limestone-loam soils. This natural amphitheater with a western exposure ensures optimal grape ripening thanks to excellent sunlight.
Winemaking
The manual harvest is followed by a double selection of clusters and berries. After spontaneous fermentation in French oak vats, the wine is transferred by gravity to 600-liter barrels for ageing.
