Elaboración

Tras la vendimia manual y el prensado de racimos enteros, el mosto fermenta a baja temperatura. La segunda fermentación se realiza en botella, donde el vino envejece sobre sus lías durante más de 24 meses.

Llopart Microcosmos Rosé Brut Nature Reserva 2022 is a vintage Corpinnat from organically farmed Subirats vineyard — 55% Pinot Noir, 35% Monastrell and 10% Garnacha. Single harvest 2022; >24 months on lees; zero dosage, deg. 03/2026. Bright raspberry-pink with subtle salmon and brick reflections. Wild strawberry, raspberry, dried flowers, and herbs on the nose. Bone-dry, vibrant palate with red fruit, floral warmth, and saline creaminess.

Degustation of sparkling rose wines. Magnificent example of sharp ultra dry sparkling wine with extreme minerality. Blend of 55% Pinot Noir, 35% Monastrell and 15% Garnacha planted at 360 m in Can Llopart de Subirats estate (Subirats), hand harvested and matured in Sant Sadurni d’Anoia (both - Alt Penedes, Barcelona) in complete darkness for 29 months. Saturated pinkish colour. Right but limited perlage, lasting for the very long time. Aroma of rose petal, red currant, rose water, cranberry and cherry sorbet 🔽🔽
