The vineyard

The grapes originate from Nexe Flore, the estate's oldest plot, planted in 1943. Located in the Côte de Beaune, this vineyard enjoys a privileged position directly below the Premier Cru climats.

6/29/19 Outstanding representation of Chardonnay. Beautiful floral notes on the nose; lingering buttery flavors on the tongue and palate. Delightful summer wine; especially with cheese and crackers. San Andre is my favorite; Wensleydale with cranberries also a great experience as a soft rich cheese. Would buy again; but there are so many great wines to buy.

After great racing in favourite restaurant I tried new wine. Very attractive smell of ripe green apples, nectarines and rotten lemons. Rich, easy-drinking and average acidity. Nectarines, gooseberries and yellow currants. Long aftertaste. Great for summer parties, but recommend to store for 5 years. Cheers!

Classic Puligny Montrachet nose and palate from B. Ente with a bit more Linear and lean palate compared to prior vintages. Maybe some Of the brothers influence is coming through or a halmstak Of the vintage ? Very good concentration and depth for This level.
