The vineyard
The grapes are sourced from a single-hectare plot of old vines planted in 1950 in Manilva, located just three kilometers from the sea. The vineyard sits at an altitude of 50 meters on highly calcareous albariza soils, shaped by constant Mediterranean breezes.
Winemaking
Following an early manual harvest, the grapes undergo skin contact and low-temperature fermentation, followed by three months of aging on fine lees in stainless steel tanks.
