The vineyard
The grapes originate from a historic eleven-hectare plot in Sauzet, enclosed by a stone wall dating back to 1913. The vineyard is managed under certified biodynamic principles on clay-limestone soils, which support balanced grape ripening.
Winemaking
The harvest is conducted manually, followed by fermentation with indigenous yeasts in small concrete vats. After a maceration period of up to twenty-five days, the wine ages for eighteen months in oak barrels and is bottled without fining or filtration.
