The vineyard
The grapes are sourced from near-century-old vineyards located at an altitude of 1,000 meters in the moorlands between Anguix and La Horra. These vines grow on poor limestone soils, which naturally limits yields and concentrates flavors. The dry 2019 vintage provided ideal ripening conditions.

Winemaking
Following a manual harvest and double selection, fermentation takes place in custom-designed tanks. The wine is then aged for 18 to 20 months in new French oak barrels, followed by an additional 24 months of bottle aging before release.
