The vineyard
The grapes are sourced from small traditional plots known as "sortes," located on the northern slopes of the Bibei Valley in Santa Cruz do Bolo. The Godello vines, averaging 40 years of age, grow in poor sandy granite soils at altitudes exceeding 680 meters, which imparts a distinctive minerality.

Fermentation takes place in 500-liter oak barrels. The wine is then aged for eight months in the same barrels to develop complexity and structure.
