The vineyard
The grapes are sourced from parcels situated at an altitude of 450 meters in Porrera, on licorella slate soils. The Garnacha vines are grown on terraces, while the Cariñena vines are planted on natural slopes, with orientations that ensure balanced ripening.
Winemaking
Following a manual harvest, the wine undergoes spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in 3,200-liter French oak foudres. It is then aged for 17 months in the same vessels to gain structure while preserving its fruit profile.
