The vineyard

It originates from the Clos Saint-Philibert vineyard, a 3.5-hectare monopole in Flagey-Échezeaux at 380 meters altitude. Its east-southeast exposure and gravelly soil optimize the ripening of the vines planted in the early 1990s.

A very delicious Bourgogne. Very bodied bold white burgundy full of rich buttery flavours in the background. Paired excellently with the seafood appetizers we had. Some minerals and it has a more stone fruit flavours.

An exceptional, unfiltered white Burgundy from a monopole vineyard planted in the early 1990s. Grapes are harvested ripe yet with high natural acidity. Displays a brilliant pale gold color.
