Les Horées Bourgogne Aligoté En Coulezain 2022 es un vino blanco refinado, elaborado a partir de la variedad Aligoté en la prestigiosa AOC Bourgogne Aligoté, en el corazón de Borgoña, Francia. Esta joya enológica es el fruto del proyecto personal de Catherina Sadde, quien cuenta con una impresionante trayectoria en bodegas emblemáticas como Domaine de la Romanée-Conti, Domaine Marquis d'Angerville y Domaine Cécile Tremblay, y que hoy lidera Les Horées junto a su esposo Guilhem, aplicando una filosofía basada en la viticultura biodinámica y el respeto al terroir.

El cultivo de las vides se realiza de forma orgánica y biodinámica, mientras que en la bodega se prioriza una vinificación que mantenga la expresión pura de la uva, incorporando racimos enteros y evitando la influencia dominante de la madera mediante el uso de barricas usadas, cuidadosamente seleccionadas. Este enfoque meticuloso da lugar a vinos vibrantes y auténticos, con un perfil que equilibra energía, frescura y complejidad.

El vino Les Horées En Coulezain 2022 se vinificó con una prensa vertical tradicional, incorporando un tercio del mosto con una breve maceración de cinco días sobre los hollejos antes del prensado, aportando textura y carácter. Fue embotellado en junio de 2023, tras una crianza pensada para preservar su esencia más genuina.

Green apple, pear skin, lemon peel and white flowers lead, with chalk, wet stone and a faint note of fennel. Skin contact on a third of the fruit gives the 2022 a light phenolic grip and a little more breadth than simple Aligoté usually carries. Acidity is high and keeps the wine brisk. The palate stays dry, stony and saline. Clean in a classic register for this cellar style. Good bottle for mineral detail and texture, though the finish is more strict than generous today, with citrus peel lingering long.

This was very shy in the first 15-30 minutes and really required air. After some time it opened up and the nose started opening. Lovely bouquet with fruit, floral hints and quite some spices. I think this will be great in the future - revisit in 2 or 3 years

Drank the same vintage again. This is a very delicate and complex wine. On the palate, there's a unique yeast nuance that may be mistaken for a corked wine. However, it comes across as fresh and clean. The wine has a base of light green apple, high minerality, and a cool minty or herbal finish. Still, I believe that the global price too high now.

I usually love Les Horées, but this one didn’t click. Flat on the palate, lacking tension and energy. A bitter note lingered through the finish—and not the kind I enjoy in wine. A bit dull, and sadly forgettable. Not the bottle I hoped for.

Post-service dinner at 2772 over Tokyo seafood and Lina, talking about WQ’s biz expansion woes Yellow fruit character of starfruit and citrus (slightly riper), flint, some white flowers with air, but palate is quite simple and straightforward. Thought it might be a Bourgogne regional chardo blind, after veering away from Chenin for lack of vibrancy of fruit. Palate had a lees character but overall quite natty. Quite divisive wine but I enjoyed it notwithstanding the overpriced market value.

I start from the assumption that it had no discernible flaws upon tasting, but I could hope it wasn't a pristine sample given its complete anonymity. Quite flabby and, most of all, motionless, it shows a broad and sweetish mouthfeel, with some lactic hints and slight balsamic herbs flavors. Very short, it feels like it ended halfway up the palate, giving just some unbalanced acidic tones of lemon on ending. Lactic and super-backward nose with subtle notes of talcum powder and cereals.
