The vineyard
The grapes come from a twelve-hectare estate divided into eight plots in the Valle del Salnés. The vineyards, with an average age of forty years, grow on granitic soils with a sandy topsoil, which provides freshness and mineral character.
Winemaking
After gentle pressing, the must ferments in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then aged for four months on its fine lees and continues its maturation in stainless steel, with fifteen percent aged in acacia wood barrels.
