The vineyard
The grapes are sourced from Finca El Puntido, a 25-hectare vineyard planted in 1975 in the areas of Páganos and Laguardia. Situated at an average altitude of 580 meters, this site is cultivated using integrated agriculture practices to preserve the natural environment.
Winemaking
Following a cold pre-fermentative maceration, fermentation is carried out with indigenous yeasts. The wine undergoes malolactic fermentation and ages for 16 months in new French oak barrels, followed by an additional six months of refinement in tanks.
