The vineyard

The vineyards are located on steep slopes influenced by a contrasting Atlantic climate. The vines, combining young and centenarian plants, grow on diverse soils of slate, clay, and granite. This altitude of up to 700 meters provides remarkable freshness and definition to the grapes.

Crazy value. My wife called it red burgundy, and I think I would have called it the same. Beautiful ruby in the glass. Nose of baking spices, red cherry, leather, red plum, a touch of black licorice, some red rose petal and stems from whole cluster. Palate is soft and yummy with red cherry baking spices, black cherry, raspberry, pomegranate, with a spicy herbaceous finish. Med alcohol (13%), med - body, low tannin, med + acid. Med finish and med + complexity. Well made. Y’all need to try this one.
