What we know about you, why we need it and what you can do about it.
We collect exactly as much data as it takes to bring you the wine and stay within the law. Below is what, why and how to control it.
What data we collect
- name, phone, email and delivery address — from the order form;
- order contents and history, bonus balance — if you have an account;
- the text of your message and your contacts — from the request form;
- technical data: IP address, browser type, the pages you opened.
We neither receive nor store card details: the payment provider handles them on its own side.
Why and on what basis
- to fulfil the order and contact you about it — basis: performance of a contract;
- to issue invoices and keep accounting records — basis: a legal obligation;
- to answer requests and correspond with you — basis: our legitimate interest;
- to send you letters about new arrivals and events — basis: your consent, which you can withdraw in one click from any letter.
Who we share data with
Only with those without whom the order would not arrive: the courier gets your name, phone and address; the payment provider gets the amount and a payment identifier; accounting and the tax authority get invoice data to the extent the law requires.
We do not sell your data and do not pass it on for anyone else's advertising.
How long we keep data
Order and invoice data — for as long as Spanish tax law requires. Account data — while the account exists, and for a while after deletion, to close settlements and handle possible claims.
Newsletter consent is kept until you withdraw it. Technical logs are kept briefly; they serve security and diagnostics.
Cookies
Technical cookies keep the cart, the login and your chosen language working — without them the site simply does not run. Analytics cookies are set only with your consent and help us see which pages help and which get in the way.
You can change your consent at any time in the browser settings or through the cookie banner.
Your rights
You have the right to get a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict processing, object to it and take your data in a portable form. Newsletter consent can be withdrawn at any time without explanation.
Write to us — we answer within a month. If our answer does not satisfy you, you can turn to the Spanish data protection agency (AEPD).
Security and changes
The connection to the site is encrypted and access to order data is limited to staff who need it for their work. There is no absolute protection, but we try to collect less and keep it no longer than needed.
