The vineyard
The grapes originate from the El Nogal estate, where vines over 40 years old grow in clay and limestone soils. Situated at an altitude between 840 and 900 meters, the bush vines are dry-farmed and cultivated with respect for the environment.
Winemaking
Following a manual harvest with limited yields, fermentation is carried out using indigenous yeasts. The wine then undergoes ageing for 30 months in oak barrels and a minimum of 18 months of refinement in the bottle.
