Sierra Cantabria Crianza 2018 Magnum

The vineyard

The Tempranillo grapes originate from selected vineyards in San Vicente de la Sonsierra and Labastida. These plots are cultivated using integrated farming practices and organic fertilizers to maintain the natural balance of the terroir.

Winemaking

Following a hand-harvest with double grape selection, the must undergoes skin maceration and ferments with indigenous yeasts. The wine is then aged for 14 months in French and American oak barrels.
