The vineyard
The grapes are sourced from the 'Los Frutales' parcel, located within the Cardisanto estate at an altitude of 900 meters. This southwest-facing slope features loam soils with a high presence of limestone and clay.

Following a seven-hour maceration, the free-run juice is obtained through bleeding. Fermentation and subsequent ageing for 18 months on fine lees take place in 500-liter oak barrels.
