The vineyard
The grapes are sourced from selected vineyards in the Oakville area, including parcels of the renowned To Kalon vineyard. During the 2018 vintage, stable temperatures and a moderate climate allowed for a steady and balanced ripening of the fruit.
Winemaking
Hand-harvested grapes are moved using gravity-flow systems to protect their quality. Following an 18-day skin contact period, the wine undergoes ageing for 17 months in new French oak barrels.
