The vineyard
The grapes are sourced from Fuenmayor in Rioja Alta, an area influenced by the Ebro River and sheltered by the Sierra de Cantabria. This unique environment promotes a slow and balanced ripening process.
Winemaking
Malolactic fermentation takes place in underground cement tanks. The varieties age separately for 25 months in oak barrels, followed by an additional 5 months of blending in wood and at least two years of bottle aging.
