El Minuty M Rosé 2024 es un exquisito vino rosado producido por la reconocida bodega Minuty en la AOC Côtes de Provence, Francia. Gabriel Farnet, dueño también del Domaine de Châteauneuf en Vidauban, adquirió el Château Minuty en 1936, una finca construida originalmente bajo el mandato de Napoleón III. El Minuty M es la cuvée que encarna la esencia de la Provenza y el distintivo estilo Minuty, seleccionando los mejores terruños de la Denominación, desde la costa hasta el interior, incluyendo Sainte-Victoire.

La magia del M vintage radica en su perfecto equilibrio y energía. Jean-Etienne y François Matton emplean mayormente garnacha por sus sofisticados aromas, Cinsault por su frescura, Syrah por su complejidad y una pequeña cantidad de Tibouren, que aporta delicados aromas de frutas blancas. El objetivo es capturar la intensa luminosidad de todos los jugos.

La cuvée Minuty M Rosé es ideal para cualquier ocasión. Se recomienda servirlo a una temperatura de entre 8-10°C, acompañado de aceitunas o cualquier tipo de aperitivo: tapas, taramas, crackers, guisantes wasabi y chips de verduras. También es perfecto para ensaladas de verano como la clásica de tomate con mozzarella o la ensalada niçoise, así como mariscos pequeños, gambas y langostinos. Es un excelente acompañante para entrantes ligeros.

🇫🇷 This Provence rosé is pure summer in a glass. Pale pink with a little cooper shimmer, it smells like fresh strawberries and white peach with a little citrus lift. Light and crisp on the palate, with red berry and melon flavors and a clean, refreshing finish, nothing heavy, just really easy to drink ☀️ Perfect with grilled shrimp, a fresh salad or honestly just on its own on a sunny afternoon. 4.4/5

Last drank a bottle of this refreshing Provence rosé at an apres ski bar in the alps when it was cold and snowy, today it was consumed in a rooftop pool bar overlooking Miami’s south beach in a hot & humid 30°C. A rather delicious rosé it is too, served very chilled on an ice bucket, a blend of 60% Grenache, 30% Cinsault & 10% Syrah, classic Provence pale pink, crisp & light with rounded flavours of strawberry, peach, raspberry & cranberry with a good hit of citrus acidity. You gotta keep hydrated in this heat 😂

Day, one of the May holidays. The weather is unseasonably warm. Clear blue skies and burning sun. What does one do? One drinks rosé. And where does that rosé come from? It comes from the south of France, the Provence to be more specific. On the nose: hints of raspberry strawberry watermelon minerals grapefruit lemon. On the palate: light, crisp, balanced, rich, succulent. Acidic. Wonderful length and finish. Points: 16 @Leclerc, Dijon (FR) €11

A splendid entry level Provence rosé, made of Grenache, Cincault and Syrah, pale pink color, very refreshing aromas of red fruit, mainly strawberry and raspberry, with some pinches of peach, and a touch of watermelon proving a slight sweetness, despite the overall dryness of the wine. Had it on a rainy day, with extremely low clouds, with Mediterranean vegetarian dishes full of garlic and onions. Sounds great.

Definitely at the level of 2023 vintage if not slightly better. It just delivers what a famous mass crowd-pleaser should deliver when it comes to Provence rose. Pale salmon pink colour, gently intense nose of flowers, wild strawberry, raspberry, peach, hints of lavender too. Light-to-medium body, excellently balanced acidity. Velvety palate of red berries,strawberry, raspberry, mild citrus presence and pleasant creaminess. Dry, short finish will closing citrus and minerality impressions.
