The vineyard
The grapes come from vines over 35 years old located in the Salnés Valley, at an altitude of 100 meters. The granitic soils and proximity to the Arousa estuary provide a distinct Atlantic influence that shapes the wine's character.
Winemaking
After destemming, the must undergoes cold maceration for six to eight hours. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, where the wine subsequently rests on its fine lees for several months before bottling.
