Enate Chardonnay 234 2025

This dry white wine from D.O. Somontano is a single-varietal Chardonnay produced by the Enate winery. It features aromas of green apple, ripe peach, and fennel with a mineral undertone, leading to a broad, fresh palate with balanced acidity.

Key facts

  • Grape variety: Chardonnay
  • D.O. / Region: D.O. Somontano
  • Winery: Enate
  • Soil / Altitude: Limestone, clay, and stony soils at 400-700 meters altitude

The vineyard

The vineyards are spread across different valleys in the region, offering a diverse range of soils from limestone and gypsum in the south to sandier and stonier plots in the north. The altitude, ranging from 400 to 700 meters, supports a balanced ripening of the grapes.

Ideal combination

Winemaking

Harvesting takes place at night to preserve the freshness of the fruit. Following a brief skin contact in the press, the must ferments at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks to retain its pure varietal aromas.

Why buy it

If you are looking for a white wine with character and excellent freshness for your dinners, this bottle is an ideal choice. Its aromatic profile and creamy texture on the palate will complement a wide variety of dishes. You can buy Enate Chardonnay 234 2025 online directly from our shop.

In a peach and apricot dominance, a spectral minerality convenes. Convincingly crispy, structured and bodied to be reverentially respected; finishing with an amicable, sincere expression.

Light Chardonnay, ideal for midday drinking. It does have the nice promise of a strong Chardonnay with minerals, oil and even a hint of toast, but still a lot of lighter notes like peach and other fresh stone fruit to make it easy to drink
