Very nice burgundy, medium bodied, good acidity, and solid tannins/balance. Good complexity, very nice. Had a glass at our apt with stuffed peppers, got at Acker.

Pop and pour and consumed over 2.5 hours with very nice evolution. This is nicely into its drinking window. Elegance and grace in a subtle medium bodied wine. Lots of light to medium red fruit with modest earth notes. Very detailed and precise. Drink or hold. Would slow ox for at least three hours if drink now though is very nice at p and p.

It’s okay. Typical red Burgundy, nothing to rave about. Feels like it should be an entry level bottle.

Dried berries, roots and asian spices. Better on the palate than the nose.

Dark cherry liquor, autumn forest floor, charred wood and sanguine notes. Very fine depth and relative complexity, given this is a village level wine. Mixed sweet and sour red and black fruit, density and freshness combined, a plush mouthfeel; still youthfully linear, but intricate structure with quite firm but finely woven tannins. This borders a 1er Cru in all but appellation. Excellent juice 💥 40% from 1er Chênes Carteaux, the remainder from 4 parcels above and below the 1ers; vines average 35 yrs. Try 2024+

Bright fresh red fruit, which I prefer to the stewed style of burgundy pinot. Tobacco, liquorice, tar, moss. Finish is good, but not long enough for me. Conclusion - I don't understand why anyone would stretch to £48 for this.

Overall 4.1 @ Praelum: Appearance is clear medium ruby. Smell is pronounced with aromas of red fruit, oak and pepper. Taste is dry, light acidity, medium tannins and light bodied with long finish.

Tried in Mar, 2021, score of 92/100. Dried rose, sweat spices, cherry, blackberry, black cherry, a touch of raspberry, a touch of oak. High acidity, pale ruby in colour, medium- bodied.

cherry cherry raspberry strawberry strawberry red fruit blackberry black cherry It is my first burgundy red one over than 100 USD in Korea, but it was never worthy. Furthermore, it was not earthy or burgundy-like. maybe resulted from 2015.

Fresh cherry with subtle mushroom notes, high acidity, jagged yet elegant, firmly present/gripping yet restrained tannins on the finish. Great with thanksgiving stuffing and turkey

Very tasty. Good aromatic intensity. Took a minute to unlock but very nice once it opened a bit. Still very primary but not the ripeness bomb that some 2015s were. This is a bit prettier, though certainly still has that NSG muscle and structured finish.

3,8. 2. Cherry, redcurrant, talc, boiled apple, cinnamon. Dry, thin, coffee, complicated and detailed. Oakiness on the top now. Has potential.

Still young and the oak isn’t fully integrated, but overall it’s good and had great potential. Classic nose, even with some mushrooms and wet leaves. Medium body, structured, tannic a bit, complex and elegant.
