The vineyard
The Garnacha, Cinsault, and Vermentino grapes are sourced from the estate's vineyards in the Esclans Valley and selected regional plots. To preserve acidity, harvesting takes place during the coolest hours of the morning and night.

Following optical sorting, the grapes are cooled and pressed in a closed circuit to prevent oxidation. Fermentation takes place in 600-liter oak barrels and stainless steel tanks, followed by six months of ageing with regular battonage.
