The vineyard
The grapes are sourced from the organically farmed La Cometa estate in Porrera. The vines grow on steep terraces of llicorella, a slate soil that, combined with the dry climate and cooling sea breezes, ensures balanced ripening.
Winemaking
Following strict selection, the grapes undergo temperature-controlled fermentation. The wine is aged for six months in oak barrels and bottled unfiltered and unfined to preserve its authentic character.
