The vineyard
The Tempranillo and Graciano grapes come from old vines over 30 years of age, situated at altitudes ranging from 380 to 650 meters. This diversity of soils and microclimates provides the fruit with remarkable character and freshness, with yields strictly limited to ensure concentration.
Winemaking
Following a manual harvest and rigorous selection, fermentation takes place in French oak vats. The wine undergoes malolactic fermentation and subsequent aging for 16 months in French oak barrels, followed by 20 months of refinement in the bottle.
