The vineyard
The grapes are sourced from selected old vines in the Gromejón and Perales valleys. The plots are located at altitudes between 830 and 920 meters, on soils combining sand, clay, and limestone with occasional pebbles. Winemaking
Fermentation takes place in large cement vats to preserve the pure fruit character. The wine is then aged using a combination of cement tanks, large wooden vats, and oak barrels.
