The vineyard
The vineyards are influenced by the Mediterranean Sea, characterized by constant sea breezes and saline soils. In the 2024 vintage, a cool late summer led to a slow ripening process, which enhanced the aromatic complexity of the grapes.
Winemaking
Following direct pressing, Cinsault and Tibouren ferment in stainless steel tanks to preserve their fresh fruit character. Grenache and Rolle are partially vinified in egg-shaped concrete tanks, keeping the lees in suspension naturally to build texture.
