The vineyard
The grapes originate from Pago Lucas, a five-hectare vineyard planted in 1985 within the Finca Ygay estate. Situated at an altitude of 350 meters, the vines grow on clay-limestone soils covered with pebbles, which impart freshness and complexity to the fruit.
Winemaking
After gentle destemming and pressing, the must ferments at low temperatures in concrete tanks to preserve its pure fruit character. The wine then ages on its fine lees for six months, gaining volume and a rounder texture.
