The vineyard
The grapes come from the historic Jerez vineyards of Balbaína, Corchuelo, and Carrascal. These plots combine Atlantic climatic influences with the region's characteristic soils to shape the unique character of the Tintilla de Rota variety.
Winemaking
Fermentation takes place over 30 days with 60% whole bunches in stainless steel tanks and open vessels. The wine is then aged for five months in used oak barrels before final blending.
