The vineyard
The grapes are sourced from old vines aged between 70 and 100 years, located in the Valle del Cuco. These vineyards sit at high altitudes of 840 to 1,000 meters above sea level, where significant temperature shifts help preserve natural acidity.
Winemaking
Vinification is carried out parcel by parcel using gravity-flow methods. Following optical sorting, the wine undergoes natural fermentation with indigenous yeasts and ages for 11 months in French oak barrels.
