The vineyard
The grapes are sourced from two micro-plots over 60 years old located in the Golden Mile of Ribera del Duero. Situated at altitudes between 650 and 900 meters, these vineyards benefit from diverse soils that impart unique complexity.
Winemaking
Following cold maceration and gravity-fed fermentation, the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in 500-liter French oak barrels. It is then aged for 20 months in selected barrels and refined for another 18 months in the bottle.
