The vineyard
The grapes come from old vines aged 40 to 90 years in the Sierra de Gredos, situated at altitudes between 800 and 850 meters. The soils are poor, weathered granite with a sandy texture, which brings a distinctive freshness to the fruit.

Harvesting is manual, followed by a low-intervention winemaking process using indigenous yeasts and whole clusters. The wine is aged for 14 months in French oak vats and barrels, and refined for another 6 months in the bottle.
