The vineyard
The grapes originate from a historic 30-hectare vineyard situated on an elevated sandy ridge rich in sandstone and fossils. This unique terroir on the left bank of the Gironde River provides excellent structure and minerality to the Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Verdot, and Cabernet Franc vines.
Winemaking
Following a selective harvest, the wine undergoes fermentation and is subsequently aged in oak barrels for 16 to 18 months to refine its tannins.
