The vineyard
The Xarel·lo and Macabeo grapes come from selected parcels in the Penedès region. The vineyards are managed with minimal intervention to preserve the authentic character of the local soil and Mediterranean climate.
Winemaking
The second fermentation in the bottle uses overripe grape must from the same plot, without added commercial yeasts, sugar, or sulfites. After 49 months of aging, disgorgement is performed manually without freezing the bottle neck.
