The vineyard
The Tempranillo grapes come from centenary vines grown in clay and limestone soils with very low yields. The Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon varieties are harvested at the La Planta estate, located at an altitude of over 900 meters.
Winemaking
Following manual harvesting and careful selection, alcoholic fermentation takes place in wooden vats. The wine then undergoes malolactic fermentation and is aged for 49 months in French oak barrels.
