The vineyard
The grapes are sourced from old vines aged between 60 and 90 years, located in the select areas of La Horra and La Aguilera. These ancient vines yield low quantities but offer a high concentration of fruit that defines the local terroir.
Winemaking
Harvesting is done manually in small 15 kg boxes to ensure the grapes arrive in perfect condition. Following selection, the wine undergoes fermentation and is aged for 20 months in new French oak barrels.
