At Christmas, wine is both a gift and the star of the table. This selection covers both: bottles to bring to a family dinner, send to someone far away or pour from Christmas Eve to Epiphany. We send them to any address you choose, with your card and no prices, in 2–4 working days.
Aperitif and toast: Champagne or a cava gran reserva.
Seafood and starters: an Albariño from Rías Baixas.
Lamb, suckling pig or roasts: a Rioja or Ribera del Duero reserva, or a Priorat.
Turrón, polvorones and desserts: a Pedro Ximénez sherry or a sweet Málaga.
Deliveries peak in December. For Christmas gifts we recommend ordering before 20 December; for New Year’s Eve and Epiphany, allow a week.
Allow half a bottle per person across all the wines: for eight guests, about four or five bottles.
