The vineyard
The grapes originate from a small limestone parcel at the foot of the mountain in Atauta. This biodynamically farmed vineyard with a southern exposure benefits from natural hillside moisture and white soils, lending freshness and mineral character to the Tinto Fino and Albillo vines.
Winemaking
