The vineyard
The grapes originate from the Le Mont Benoit vineyard, located in the prestigious Premier Cru area of Villers-aux-Noeuds. Cultivated under organic farming practices since 2008, these parcels feature old vines that bring remarkable depth to the wine.
Winemaking
Fermentation is carried out using indigenous yeasts, and pressing is performed very gently to extract only the purest fraction of the must. The wine is finished with a minimal dosage of three grams per liter, preserving its dry and structured character.
