The vineyard
The grapes originate from more than 55 selected vineyards across the Champagne region, including the village of Tours-sur-Marne. These plots benefit from the characteristic chalky soils and a cool climate that promotes a slow and balanced ripening of the grapes.
Winemaking
This sparkling wine incorporates 10% to 20% of reserve wines to ensure the consistency of the house style. Following a minimum of three years of aging on the lees in underground cellars, a dosage of 40 grams per liter of cane sugar is added to achieve its demi-sec profile.
