A Torno dos Pasás 2023 es un vino tinto elaborado por Luis A. Rodríguez Vázquez en la D.O. Ribeiro, Galicia. Nace de una combinación de variedades tintas autóctonas como Brancellao, Caíño Longo, Caíño Redondo y Ferrol, uvas que Luis Anxo ha contribuido a recuperar y poner en valor a través de su trabajo en la región.

Los viñedos se encuentran principalmente alrededor de Arnoia, donde Luis Anxo trabaja numerosas pequeñas parcelas con el objetivo de preservar el patrimonio varietal de Ribeiro y reflejar con precisión la personalidad de sus suelos y su particular influencia atlántica. Su filosofía se centra en las variedades tradicionales y en una elaboración respetuosa que permita expresar el carácter del viñedo.
