Roagna Barolo Pira 2019 es un vino tinto de alta gama, elaborado al 100% con uva Nebbiolo proveniente de la prestigiosa región DOCG Barolo en el corazón de Piemonte, Italia. Creado por la histórica bodega Roagna, este vino refleja el máximo respeto por las técnicas vitivinícolas tradicionales y una meticulosa expresión del terroir.

El viñedo Pira, situado junto a Rocche di Castiglione en Castiglione Falletto, es propiedad exclusiva de la familia Roagna, que adquirió esta joya en 1990. Sus vides, con edades entre 35 y 60 años, crecen sobre suelos variados que aportan una complejidad y riqueza inconfundibles a cada cosecha.

La vinificación se realiza con una fermentación de diez días en grandes barricas de madera, utilizando un pied de cuvée con levaduras autóctonas para preservar la autenticidad del sabor. A continuación, se aplica la técnica del sombrero sumergido durante 60 a 75 días, lo que permite una extracción precisa de color, aroma y estructura. El vino madura después durante cinco años en grandes botti franceses neutros, desarrollando profundidad y elegancia.
