Les Horées Aganippe Bourgogne Blanc Sans Millésime es un vino blanco seco exclusivo, elaborado con uvas Chardonnay en la reconocida región de Borgoña, Francia. Este vino destaca por ser el resultado del trabajo apasionado de Catherina Sadde, una enóloga con experiencia en bodegas legendarias como Domaine de la Romanée-Conti, Domaine Marquis d’Angerville y Domaine Cécile Tremblay. Actualmente dirige el proyecto Les Horées junto a su esposo Guilhem, apostando por una viticultura biodinámica certificada y un profundo respeto por el terroir.

Este Bourgogne Blanc sin añada es el resultado de una cuidada combinación de las cosechas 2022 y 2023, lo que le confiere elegancia, frescura y una energía singular. Procedente de un viñedo de apenas 1,3 hectáreas, cultivado sin productos químicos y con intervención mínima en bodega, expresa con fidelidad la pureza de la variedad y el carácter del suelo.
