Con un cuerpo medio, sus taninos elegantes y sedosos se complementan con una acidez vibrante, culminando en un final prolongado y memorable. 

Psi 2022, un distinguido vino tinto de la Denominación de Origen Ribera del Duero, es producto de la maestría del reconocido ingeniero agrónomo y enólogo Peter Sisseck, quien ostenta renombre como uno de los enólogos más destacados de España. La pequeña bodega Dominio de Pingus, bajo su dirección, se dedica a la creación de vinos excepcionales, destacando por su enfoque artesanal y producciones limitadas, lo que permite dedicar especial atención a la elevada calidad del producto final.

Las uvas que dan vida a Psi provienen de los valles del Gromejón y Perales, afluentes del Duero. En su mayoría, los suelos presentan pendientes con origen arenoso y características que van desde calizos hasta franco-arcillosos, con la presencia ocasional de cantos rodados. Las parcelas, ubicadas entre 830 y 920 metros de altitud, garantizan un óptimo drenaje. La hermosa intensidad aromática, frescura y taninos suaves de Psi se derivan de la combinación de estos elementos, especialmente de las viñas viejas de tempranillo cultivadas en una pequeña parcela de cinco hectáreas y de una meticulosa selección de uvas tanto en el viñedo como en la bodega.

El proceso de vinificación tiene lugar en grandes tinas de cemento, permitiendo una extracción suave para resaltar al máximo los aromas de la fruta. Posteriormente, el envejecimiento del vino se realiza en parte sobre cemento, en grandes depósitos de madera y en pequeñas barricas de roble. La producción varía entre 100,000 y 200,000 botellas, dependiendo del año.
