El Flor de Pingus 2015, un vino tinto de la D.O. Ribera del Duero producido por Dominio de Pingus bajo la dirección del destacado ingeniero agrónomo y enólogo Peter Sisseck, destaca como una joya vinícola. Reconocido como uno de los enólogos más destacados de España, Peter Sisseck lidera la elaboración de este vino en la pequeña bodega de Dominio de Pingus.

Elaborado principalmente con uvas de viñedos situados en La Horra, Flor de Pingus 2015 proviene de un conjunto de 30.8 hectáreas repartidas en diferentes sectores del pueblo, lo que le confiere una diversidad de perfiles de suelo en su composición. La vinificación se realiza de manera segregada por barrios como El Pino, Fuentearriba, Fuentenarro y Castillo, permitiendo una expresión única de cada terroir. Sisseck ha adoptado métodos de cultivo tradicionales, replantando algunas parcelas con técnicas antiguas, utilizando raíces de riparia que luego son injertadas con selecciones masales.

Flor de Pingus 2015 es fermentado en tanques de acero inoxidable usando levaduras autóctonas —sin necesidad de levaduras seleccionadas desde aproximadamente 2001, excepto en circunstancias especiales— y madurado en barricas de roble, principalmente de uso previo y de varios tamaños.

El año 2015 se caracterizó por ser cálido y maduro, y la clave fue una vendimia temprana para preservar la vitalidad del vino. En junio de 2017, se embotellaron cerca de 90,000 botellas. Este vino tiene un excelente potencial de envejecimiento, manteniendo su complejidad y elegancia a lo largo del tiempo.
