Cota 45 UBE Caserío de Miraflores Alta 2023 es un vino blanco seco de V.T. Cádiz, elaborado exclusivamente con Palomino Fino. Nace en Cota 45, la pequeña bodega artesanal fundada en 2012 en Sanlúcar de Barrameda por el enólogo e historiador del vino Ramiro Ibáñez, cuyo proyecto recupera la tradición de los vinos blancos de mesa sin fortificar que caracterizaban al Marco de Jerez en el siglo XIX.

El secreto de UBE Caserío de Miraflores Alta 2023 se encuentra en su viñedo de origen, considerado uno de los más destacados de Sanlúcar por sus suelos extremadamente calcáreos y por la combinación de intensidad, carácter sabroso y gran delicadeza que aporta a la Palomino Fino.

La finca Miraflores Alta posee además una larga historia vitivinícola. Vinculada a Barbiana Manzanilla desde finales del siglo XIX, perteneció a la familia Rodríguez La Cave hasta 1967, cuando fue dividida entre más de quince pequeños propietarios.
