Château-Grillet Côtes-du-Rhône 2023 es un vino blanco seco elaborado exclusivamente con Viognier en el valle del Ródano, Francia. Creado por primera vez en 2011, nace de viñas jóvenes y de una cuidada selección de parcelas de la propia finca Château-Grillet, ofreciendo una expresión fresca, elegante y accesible de este singular terroir.

El secreto de este Côtes-du-Rhône reside en que todas sus uvas proceden íntegramente de la propiedad de Château-Grillet. La selección se realiza a partir de diferentes parcelas y barricas antes de efectuar el ensamblaje definitivo, buscando preservar la pureza varietal, la frescura y el carácter del Viognier.

Por su equilibrio y versatilidad, puede disfrutarse joven y resulta un excelente acompañante para lubina, ensaladas mediterráneas, queso de cabra o sushi.
