Procede de una cuidada selección de viñedos centenarios, de producción muy limitada, cultivados de forma natural sobre suelos arenosos con presencia de granito. La vendimia se realiza de manera manual, y el vino realiza una crianza de 16 meses en barricas nuevas de roble francés, aportando carácter, profundidad y complejidad.
