Este vino se presenta jugoso, vibrante, lleno de frutas y con una acidez refrescante.

Marc Soyard Domaine de la Cras Bourgogne Coteaux de Dijon Rouge 2022 es un exquisito vino tinto seco, compuesto íntegramente por uvas Pinot Noir en la AOC Bourgogne, Francia. En 2013, la municipalidad de Dijon adquirió una granja de 160 hectáreas conocida como Domaine de la Cras, situada justo en el perímetro de la ciudad. El dueño anterior había establecido una bodega y plantado 8 hectáreas de viñedo en terreno clasificado como denominación de origen de Borgoña. 

Se llevó a cabo un concurso público para seleccionar a un viticultor que se encargara del proyecto, con la condición de que los viñedos se manejaran orgánicamente, que el viticultor fuera joven y sin viñedos propios, y que el espacio se abriera al público para fines educativos. Marc Soyard fue elegido en 2014, y se le ofreció la oportunidad de residir en la finca, cuidar las viñas y elaborar y comercializar su vino, con la obligación de pagar un "alquiler" de 2,000 botellas anuales a la ciudad de Dijon.

El viñedo de este vino posee un suelo arcillo-calcáreo y abarca 4.5 hectáreas. Las uvas se cosechan manualmente de vides plantadas entre 1983 y 2001. Este vino madura durante 10 a 12 meses en barricas previamente usadas y se embotella sin clarificar ni filtrar, lo que asegura una expresión pura y auténtica del terroir. Este meticuloso proceso de vinificación hace de este vino una excelente opción para aquellos que buscan comprar un vino único y auténtico de Borgoña.
